The Journal welcomes unsolicited articles and essays focusing on the legal, policy, and ethical issues related to the equine agricultural, and natural resources issues. Submissions should be typewritten and double-spaced. Citations, if used, should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). A resume, curriculum vitae, or brief biographical statement should accompany submissions. The editorial board independently evaluates all submissions and selects those most appropriate for publication. Consideration is given to substantive merit, professional interest, timeliness, clarity, and style. The Journal reserves the right to condition publication on satisfactory revision of the work. KJEANRL now welcomes original scholarship on issues concerning equine, agricultural & natural resources law and responses to articles, notes, and comments published in our current issue between 1000 and 1500 words to be published online. Citations, if used, should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed.2005). A resume, curriculum vitae, or brief biographical statement should accompany submissions. Consideration is given to substantive merit, professional interest, timeliness, clarity, and style. The Journal reserves the right to condition publication on satisfactory revision of the work.To submit your work please e-mail KJEANRL. All submissions will independently be reviewed by the editorial board and we hope to respond to you within three weeks. All submissions accepted for publication, hopefully, will be posted within three months of acceptance.
